They are just like the original Blockbuster members card,  created just for you. 
These are digitally printed onto a high quality plastic card, the same size as bank cards.
You have a choice of card front design, Blockbuster or Blockbuster Video.
On the reverse, using a font from the era, your choice of details including joining date, store location, member name, and membership number.

You need to give a Name, Location and Issue Date to go on card.
Store Phone Number and membership number to go on card are optional and will be made up at random if you don't enter them.
