What payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made with all major credit and debit cards, Apple pay, google pay and paypal.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Within 14 days.
Subject to certain conditions.
Custom / Personalised items are excluded from the 14 day return policy.
These can only be returned if we've made an error with the order or if the item is faulty.
Digital downloads are non refundable.
What is the difference between printed, embossed and foiled embossing?
For custom / personalised cards, these are the methods of putting your details onto the cards.
Printed details are part of the image printed to the card.
Embossed, is the details physically imprinted into the card, leaving the detail risen on the front.
Foiled embossing is as above, with added foiling of the risen detail to make it stand out.
Foiling can be in a choice or colour, including Black, Blue, Gold, Green, Silver.
Do you supply smart cards?
Standard size cards (CR80) can contain RFID chips, magnetic strips, contact IC chips or a combination of these.

Most products have prices shown on the relevant page.
Some others need more information to enable a cost to be given.
