Information about the delivery of your Personalised Plastic Cards order.

How.
Small orders of under 2kg are usually sent via Royal Mail.
Standard shipping is second class, at zero cost, when you spend £5 or more
The price you see on the item page is the total price.
You can upgrade your delivery at a small extra cost.
Non UK orders are sent via Royal mail international tracked and signed. These international and premium delivery charges closely reflect the actual cost to us.
We never use Evri / Hermes, because we want you to receive your purchase in good condition.
When
Most orders made during office hours, are sent out the following day.
This is usually, first thing in the morning.
Even custom printed cards and badges make it into the post the next morning.
You'll receive a notification via email about your item being dispatched. Please check your spam folder.
If you need your purchase urgently, please check with us before ordering, as we may not be able to ship it that day, especially if it is after midday.
Standard free delivery
is 2nd class mail. These usually arrive in 2-5 working days but Royal mail say to wait 10 working days before enquiring.
1st class upgrade
These mostly arrive the next working day, although can take several days longer.

Once sent, we have zero control over how long items take to deliver and this can be up to 10 working days.
The only guaranteed service is special delivery.
Special delivery, next day upgrade
If it can be posted the same day, it will be but it will most likely be posted the following day.
Example: Buy on Wednesday at 11am, shipped Thursday, arrives with you before 1pm on Friday. But please check first, if it is especially important to get it by a specific day/time.
An additional upgrade to before 9am next day is available by contacting us.
Next day delivery is next working day. Anything posted on Friday, you may get it Saturday but more likely on Monday.
Special delivery items arrive the next working day, after posting or you get the postage cost refunded.
A signature will be required on delivery.
We send orders mainly to UK addresses but also worldwide, with the exception of a few countries at war, highly prone to fraud or where we have had repeated issues with customs or non delivery.
All orders are now sent tracked, unfortunately due mainly to the rising number of unscrupulous who think it's ok to steal from us by claiming their item has not been delivered.
Amazingly, the amount of 'lost' items has dropped significantly since everything is tracked.
